|Anne is a Chartered Accountant with over fifteen years of professional and industry experience. Anne commenced her career with a top-tier Chartered Accounting firm before moving into accounting roles within the financial services industry. She has held a number of management level finance roles during a 10-year tenure at a major Australian bank. Anne has extensive experience in financial reporting, interpreting and applying regulations and standards and partnering with business.|
Marisa McCague MSSc (Policy & Hum. Serv.) BA (Psych.) Grad Dip (Edu. & Train.) - Disability Policy Consultant
Marisa is a leading human service specialist, with more than 20 years of leadership experience. She has a strong understanding of all aspects of disability accommodation. Marisa has held the regional accommodation portfolio with state government, coordinating the establishment of new services, vacancy management and the provider network. She has managed not for profit accommodation services in metropolitan and regional areas. At one of Victoria's largest disability providers, she managed statewide operational services, including the accommodation quality framework, positive behaviour support, and the contracts for maintenance and casual staffing. She also led a best practice roster review and audited a range of residential services. Marisa takes a broad view that is balanced by a keen eye for detail. She has a passion for community and collaborates to achieve efficient, effective, person-centred outcomes.
